     -$1,000.00 Donation from Carol Gostele and Doug Ninow in Memory of June Ninow to Chilton
       Elementary/Middle School Library to purchase books.
     -$450.00 Donation from Tracy Bartels to purchase Solar Energy Equipment for Energy Class.
     -$850.00 Donation from the following for Trout in the Classroom:
          *Dani Santry - $100 - Calumet Groundwater Guardians
          *Judy Hartl - $50 - Calumet Groundwater Guardians

C. Second Request for Student Field Trip Approval - Chilton Band and Choir would like to
request approval of a combined field trip to Boston from March 26 - March 31, 2019. A copy
of the itinerary is attached for your review.

8. New Business

A. Approval of School District Student Handbooks - The Board will review and approve the
Elementary, Middle, and High School Student Handbooks.

B. Student Field Trip Approval - FFA National Convention - The Board will be asked to
approve the FFA National trip to Indianapolis, Indiana from October 24 - 26, 2018. A copy of
the itinerary is attached for your review.

9. Administrative Reports - The following administrators will provide administrative updates on
their areas of responsibility:

for the purpose of considering the educational status of an expelled student.

11. Reconvene into open session to take action on matters discussed in closed session if
necessary and appropriate.
