The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Stat.
19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss the Superintendent's performance evaluation and specific
personnel.

5. Delegations: This is the time for any person attending the meeting as an observer to express
a particular comment or concern.

-Spotlight on Learning - Middle School Students/Staff.
-Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:
-$500.00 Donation from Todd and Lisa Wollersheim to the Football Activity Fund.
-$500.00 Donation from Run Tall Fund for Suicide Prevention.

6. Consent Items: (Board members may remove consent items on the agenda for discussion
and/or separate action.)

A. Approval of minutes from previous board meetings, to include committee meetings.
B. Approval of monthly bills and authorization to pay said bills.

7. Old Business

A. President's Report - The Board President will update the Board on various topics.
REMINDERS:

-The WASB State Convention will be held in Milwaukee from January 23 - 25, 2019. Early
Bird Registration Deadline is December 14, 2018. Please let Dawn Bartel know if you plan
to attend.

-School Board Elections - The deadline for filing Notification of Non-Candidacy is December
21, 2018, and the deadline for filing Declaration of Candidacy and Campaign Registration
Statement is January 2, 2019.
*Please be aware that school offices will be closed for the holiday on December 24, 25, 31,
2018 and January 1, 2019. All school offices may be closed on December 26, 27, and 28,
2018.

B. Board of Education Committee Reports

Policy Committee Report:
-Second Reading of Volume 27 - No. 2 and Policy 0155 - Committees

Co-Curricular Committee Report:
-The Board will be asked to approve a Trap Shooting Club, and rename the current Fishing
Club and the approved Trap Shooting Club to: Chilton Conservation Club.

8. New Business

A. Student Board Representative Report - Miss Kaitlin Merwin, Student Council Board of
Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student topics.

B. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WAIVING TIME LIMIT FOR PETITION TO DETACH
SMALL TERRITORY - The Board of Education will be asked to review a Resolution Waiving
the Time Limit to Detach Small Territory.

9. Administrative Reports - The following administrators will provide administrative updates on
their areas of responsibility:

-Kaukauna School District Joining Girls' Swim Consortium

10. Convene into closed session pursuant to State Stat. 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss the
Superintendent's performance evaluation and specific personnel.

11. Reconvene into open session to take action on matters discussed in closed session if
necessary and appropriate.
