5. Delegations: This is the time for any person attending the meeting as an observer to express
a particular comment or concern.
Presentation of the 2017-2018 Financial Audit - Mr. Kevin Behnke, Hawkins Ash CPAs, will
present the school district's financial audit.
-Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:
-$454.00 from Worthington Cylinders to Metals Classes.
-$1,000.00 from Chilton Lions Club to Chilton Middle School Student Council Toys for Teens.
-Whiteboard Tables from to Chilton Middle School for Cooperative
-As the recipient of the Brighter Image Award, Chilton High School also received $500.00
from NEW Manufacturing Alliance.

A. Approval of minutes from previous board meetings, to include committee meetings.

7. Old Business

A. President's Report - The Board President will update the Board on various topics.

-The WASB State Convention will be held in Milwaukee from January 23 - 25, 2019. Please
let Dawn Bartel know if you plan to attend.

-School Board Elections - The deadline for filing Notification of Non-Candidacy is December
21, 2018, and the deadline for filing Declaration of Candidacy and Campaign Registration
Statement is January 2, 2019.

*Please be aware that school offices will be closed for the holiday on December 24, 25, 31,
2018 and January 1, 2019. All school offices may be closed on December 26, 27, and 28,

B. Board of Education Committee Reports

Policy Committee Report:
-Third Reading of Volume 27 - No. 2 and Policy 0155 - Committees.

The Board of Education will be asked to dispense of the formal reading and approve
the third and final reading of Volume 27 - No. 2 and Policy 0155-Committees.

8. New Business

A. Student Board Representative Report - Miss Jenna Chaussee, Student Council Board of
Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student topics.

B. Approval of 2019-2020 New Course Proposals for Chilton High School - Mr. Ty Breitlow
will present new course proposals for Chilton High School.

C. Student Field Trip Approval - Advanced Outdoor Adventure Class - The Board will be
asked to approve the Advanced Outdoor Adventure Class to go to Devils Lake State Park,
Baraboo, WI from May 17 - May 19, 2019. A copy of the itinerary is attached for your review.

D. Approval of School District Safety Plan - The Board will be asked to approve the updated
School Safety Plan.

9. Administrative Reports - The following administrators will provide administrative updates on
