5. Delegations: This is the time for any person attending the meeting as an observer to express
a particular comment or concern.
-Spotlight on Learning - Elementary School Students/Staff.
-Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:
-Donation - Chilton Middle School Students who raise and lower the flag received $500.00 from
Chilton Optimist Club.
-Donation - Chilton Conservation Club received $250.00 from Calumet County Conservation
Alliance and $500.00 from
-Donation - DonorsChoose Project, Spheros for Technology Classes and Coding & Creators
Clubs received Sphero STEM Kit from Civil Air Patrol.

A. President's Report - The Board President will update the Board on various topics.

B. Student Board Representative Report - Miss Jenna Chaussee, Student Council Board of
Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student topics.

C. Standard Based Learning Presentation - Mr. Ty Breitlow will provide an update to the
Board of Education on Standards Based Learning.

Buildings and Grounds Committee Report:

-The Buildings and Grounds Committee met on March 12, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

Finance Committee Report:

-The next Finance Committee meetings will be held on March 27 at 5:00 p.m. and April 8 at
5:00 p.m.

8. New Business

A. Chilton Boys Baseball Trip - March 29 and 30, 2019 in Champaign, Illinois. The Board
will be asked to approve the Chilton Boys Baseball trip to Champaign, Illinois. A copy of the
itinerary is attached for your review.

B. Chilton Middle School Washington DC Trip - The Board of Education will be asked to
approve an out-of-state field trip for eighth grade students to attend in May, 2020. An
itinerary will be provided for the Board to review at the October, 2019 Board of Education

C. Bid Approval for Food Service Vendor - The Board of Education will be asked to approve
Gordon Food Service as the primary vendor for the 2019-2020 school year.

9. Administrative Reports - The following administrators will provide administrative updates on
their areas of responsibility:
