The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute
19.85(1)(f) to discuss specific personnel.

-Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:
-Chilton FFA received $598.06 from Zoetis Rebate through St. Anna Veterinary Clinic.

6. Consent Items: (Board members may remove consent items on the agenda for discussion
and/or separate action.)

A. Approval of minutes from previous board meetings, to include committee meetings.
B. Approval of monthly bills and authorization to pay said bills.

7. Old Business:

A. President’s Report – The Board President will update the Board on various topics.
REMINDERS:

-The WASB State Convention will be held in Milwaukee from January 22 – 24,
2020. Early Bird registration deadline is December 13, 2019. Please let Dawn
Bartel know if you plan to attend.

-School Board Elections – The deadline for filing Notification of Non-Candidacy is
December 27, 2019, and the deadline for filing Declaration of Candidacy and
Campaign Registration Statement is January 7, 2020.

*Please be aware that school offices will be closed for the holiday on December 24,
25, 31, 2019 and January 1, 2020. All school offices may be closed on December
23, 26, 27 and 30, 2019.

B. Student Board Representative Report – Miss Sophie Brandt, Student Council Board
of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student
topics.

C. Board of Education Committee Reports

Finance Committee Report – The Finance Committee met on Monday,
November 18, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

Policy Committee Report – The Policy Committee met on Wednesday,
November 6, 2019 at 3:30 p.m.

    -First Reading of Volume 28 No. 1, Special Update-School Safety, and Volume 28 No. 2

Buildings and Grounds Committee Report – The Buildings and Grounds Committee
met on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.
