The Chilton Public Schools has an opening for a full-time self-motivated and detail-oriented Business Office Clerk/Registrar. The selected candidate will perform two distinct functions within the school district, with the first being the Business Office Clerk. This role is responsible for processing deposits, creating accounts receivable invoices and entering vendor invoices, processing payments, and reconciling checks. This individual will also support the Business Office in submitting State Reports and other administrative duties in the District Office. In the second capacity, the selected candidate will be the District Registrar. This function entails enrolling new students into the district, and entering and maintaining information in the District’s database. This position requires the ability to work independently, with accuracy, and multitask. Experience in Microsoft Excel is required, and prior experience with data entry is beneficial.
