A. Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:

-Three cases of Disinfecting Wipes from Leading Dairy Solutions (LDS) to the Agriculture Department
-Weber Oil Gas Pump - $170.30 – to Chilton School District
-Kathleen R. Cibula, Class of 1962 - $887.83 – Projects for Students in Need
-Honeymoon Acres – Pumpkins – Middle School Volleyball Parents’ Night

A. President’s Report – The Board President will update the Board on various topics.

B. Student Board Representative Report – Mr. Hayden Bailey, Student Council Board of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student
     topics.

Finance Committee Report – The Finance Committee met on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

D. Approval of the Amended Budget – This is the formal approval of the Amended Budget for 2021-2022 school year. The motion to approve this budget should read:
“I move to approve the budget changes as presented to reflect the certified levy.”

E. Certification of the Tax Levy – The Board will be asked to approve the 2021-2022 Levy.

F. Adult Lunch and Breakfast Fees – The Board will be asked to approve an increase in Adult Lunch and Breakfast fees effective December 1, 2021. Adult Lunch will
increase from $3.60 to $4.65 and Adult Breakfast will increase from $2.05 to $2.56.

G. Mitigation Practices

A. September Third Friday Pupil Count – For your review, a comparison has been provided of September’s Third Friday Pupil Counts from September 2010 to
September 2021.
