This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District’s business and is not to be considered a public hearing. There may be a time for public comment during the meeting as indicated in the agenda.
The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss specific personnel, administrative contracts and the Superintendent’s performance evaluation.

8. New Business
A. Spring 2022 Referendum Resolutions – The Board will discuss approving Resolutions for an Operational Referendum and Capital Referendum for the 2022 April election.
Resolution Authorizing the School District Budget to Exceed Revenue Limit for Five Years for Non-Recurring Purposes.
Initial Resolution Authorizing General Obligation Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $19,300,000.
Resolution Providing for a Referendum Election on the Questions of the Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the School District Budget to Exceed
Revenue Limit for Five Years for Non-Recurring Purposes and an Initial Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds in an
Amount Not to Exceed $19,300,000.
B. Open Enrollment – Space availability for open enrollment students. School Boards must determine the number of regular and special education spaces available within
the school district for full-time open enrollment.
C. Wisconsin OPEB Trust Annual Review and Report – Mrs. Samantha Woelfel, Business Manager, will present the OPEB Review. The Board will be asked to
accept the Wisconsin OPEB Trust Annual Review and Report as presented by Mrs.Woelfel.
