-Weber Oil – Gas Pump $184.17 to Chilton School District – Month of April
-Donation to Tech. Ed. Woods and Metals areas:
Woods Classes:
Shopsmith - Mark V (SS-92996) and Delta portable table saw –
combined value $400.00 donated by Oran (James) Braatz, Fond du Lac.
Metals Classes:
Twenty-six (26) auto/SUV tires rims - estimated recycled value of $300.00 donated
by Sadoff Metal, Fond du Lac.
Eight (8) semi-truck tire rims - estimated resale value of $400.00 donated by
Ledgeview Custom Services, New Holstein.
Sandblasting donation of shop, equipment, and materials donated by Ryan Brandes,
Brillion.

7. New Business
A. RESOLUTION NO. 2021-8 – A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENTRY INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE “WISCONSIN INVESTMENT SERIES COOPERATIVE” AND AUTHORIZING PARTICPATION IN THE INVESTMENT PROGRAMS OF THE FUND.
B. Bid Approval for Snow Removal – The Board of Education will review and approve snow removal bid(s).
C. Bid Approval for Fuel and Gas – The Board of Education will review and approve fuel and gas bids.
D. Set Annual Meeting Date – The Board of Education will be asked to set the date for the 2022 Annual Meeting. The 2021 Annual Meeting was held on September 27,
2021 at 5:30 p.m. Per State Statute 120.08(1), no Annual Meeting may be held before May 15 or after October 31. Administration recommends setting the Annual Meeting
date on September 19, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.
