This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District’s business and is not to be considered a public hearing. There may be a time for public comment during the meeting as indicated in the agenda.

The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss administrative contracts and the Superintendent’s performance evaluation.

7. Delegations: This is the time for any person attending the meeting as an observer to express
a particular comment or concern.

A. Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:

-Weber Oil Gas Pump – Month of September-$191.91 and October-$204.36 – to Chilton School District
-Chilton Conservation Club received $500.00 from Brickyard Fisherman’s Club for equipping a Trailer and Materials for Ice Fishing event.

8. Old Business:

A. President’s Report – The Board President will update the Board on various topics.

B. Student Board Representative Report – Mr. Edward Prescott, Student Council Board of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student
topics.

C. Board of Education Committee Reports

Policy Committee Report – The Policy Committee met on Thursday, January 5, 2023
at 2:30 p.m.

Volume 30-No. 1 – Policies 0143.2 and 0144.5

Volume 30-No. 1 – Policy 0143.2 – Board Member Information Request – The Board of Education will be asked to discuss this policy. A motion and second will
be required to approve this policy as presented or to delete it.

Volume 30-No. 1 – Policy 0144.5 – Board Member Behavior and Code of Conduct– The Board of Education will be asked to discuss this policy. A motion
and second will be required to approve this policy as presented or to delete it.

-Third Reading of the following Policies:

Volume 30-No. 1 and Volume 30-No.2

The Board of Education will be asked to dispense of the formal reading and approve the third and final reading of Volume 30-No. 1 and Volume 30-No.2.

-First Reading of the following Policies:

Volume 30-No.1 – Policy 9130 – Public Requests, Suggestions, or Complaints.
Volume 30-No.2 - Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment.

Buildings and Grounds Committee Report – The Buildings and Grounds Committee met on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 7:00 a.m. and Thursday,
January 12, 2023 at 7:00 a.m. The next committee meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 7:00 a.m.

Education Committee Report – The Education Committee is scheduled to meet on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 2:30 p.m.

9. New Business:

A. Open Enrollment – Space availability for open enrollment students. School Boards must determine the number of regular and special education spaces available within
the school district for full-time open enrollment.

B. Wisconsin OPEB Trust Annual Review and Report – Mrs. Samantha Woelfel, Business Manager, will present the OPEB Review. The Board will be asked to
accept the Wisconsin OPEB Trust Annual Review and Report as presented by Mrs.Woelfel.
