7. Delegations: This is the time for any person attending the meeting as an observer to express a particular comment or concern.
-Presentation of the 2021-2022 Financial Audit – Ms. Amber Ebert, Hawkins Ash CPAs, will present the school district’s financial audit.
A. Acceptance of the following Gift(s) to the District:
-Weber Oil Gas Pump – Month of January - $158.26 – Chilton School District.
-Skip Bartel – MilesCraft Router Sign Pro Kit to High School Tech. Ed. Department
-Sadoff Recycling, Fond du Lac – 12 Steel Tire Rims to High School Tech. Ed. Department
8. Old Business:
A. President’s Report – The Board President will update the Board on various topics.
B. Student Board Representative Report – Mr. Eddy Prescott, Student Council Board of Education Representative, will provide an update to the Board on current student
topics.
C. Approval of Revised 2023-2024 School Calendar – The Board of Education will be asked to approve a revised 2023-2024 School Calendar.
D. Board of Education Committee Reports
Finance Committee Report – The Finance Committee met on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 5:30 p.m.
Policy Committee Report –
First Reading - Policy 7230 – Gifts, Grants and Bequests.
Third Reading of the following Policies:
Volume 30-No.1 – Policy 9130 – Public Requests, Suggestions, or Complaints and
Volume 30-No.2 - Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment.
The Board of Education will be asked to dispense of the formal reading and approve the third and final reading of Policy 9130-Public Requests, Suggestions, or Complaints and
Volume 30-No. 2-Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment.
Buildings and Grounds Committee Report – The Buildings and Grounds Committee will be meeting on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 7:00 a.m.
Education Committee Report – The Education Committee met on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. The next Education Committee meeting will be held on Thursday,
May 4, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

9. New Business
A. Discussion Regarding Policy 2220 – Adoption of Courses of Study.
B. Board Approval of 2023-2024 Building Usage and School Fee Schedules – The Board of Education will be asked to approve the 2023-2024 Building Usage and
School Fee Schedules.
C. Approval of School District Student Handbooks – The Board of Education will be asked to review and approve Student Handbooks for the 2023-2024 school year.
