This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District’s business and is not to be considered a public hearing. There may be a time for public comment during the meeting as indicated on the agenda.

AMENDED AGENDA

The Board of Education will convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) & (f) to discuss Administrative, Chilton Education Association (CEA) and Support Staff Wages and Benefits, and the Superintendent’s Evaluation.

5. Reorganization of the Board: Mrs. Sue Kaphingst will conduct the process of nominations and election for the Board President. Once elected, the Board President will conduct the election process for the offices of: Vice-President, Treasurer, and Clerk.

11. New Business:

A. Approval of 2024-2025 Contracted Teachers.

B. Student Field Trip Approval – Band/Choir – The Board will be asked to approve an out-of-state student field trip to Minneapolis, MN from
March 21 – 23, 2025. A copy of the itinerary is attached for your review.

C. Student Field Trip Approval – FFA – The Board will be asked to approve an out-of-state student field trip to Washington, D.C. from July 8-14, 2024.
A copy of the itinerary is attached for your review.

12. Convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) to discuss Administrative, Chilton Education Association (CEA) and Support Staff Wages
and Benefits.

13. Reconvene into open session to take action on matters discussed in closed session if necessary and appropriate.

14. Convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(f) to discuss the Superintendent’s Evaluation.
